”investor to be or never be”

Early 2023, Mr. Karim Mahboubi had expressed his interest participating financially into this project.

At the repeated demands of Mr. Karim Mahboubi, the shareholders of Masters of AI have accepted to regard him as a ”potential investor”.
Unfortunately, as per today, no investment could be received due to numerous, continuous and repetitive alleged technical problems on his side and in reality, to our understanding, no investment will ever be made into any stages of the project which is awaiting for his promised fundings…

Today, because he had requested to be considered as a seed investor within our structure and seems to claim that he is already an investor and shareholder, the real shareholders of Masters of AI are legally obliged to fully disclose any concrete due diligence required information about Mr. Karim Mahboubi, to any of our financial and technical partners wanting to venture in Masters of AI’s project.

For the record, our lawyer urged us to underline and make known the following facts:
1) Mr. Karim Mahboubi does neither work with, nor for Masters of AI.
2) Mr. Karim Mahboubi does not have any share in Masters of AI.
